I’ve place my order and an appointment is set. What’s next?
Photography
If you need to cancel the appointment, please email or call us asap. Refer to our photography policy/terms of service for cancellation fees.
Just so you understand our commitment to quality, there’s a lot more involved than simply taking the photos off the camera and emailing them. After taking the photos, we need to merge multiple exposures into a single image, correct curved walls due to using a wide angle lens, apply standard edits (optimize brightness, colour, contrast, white balance, etc.) and tweak the dynamic range. This process takes time.
If the sky is overcast, we’ll Photoshop a blue sky for the exterior photos. Other Photoshop enhancements may be made on request such as removing objects (e.g. people in pools, garbage cans, pets), however there is an additional charge depending on the time it takes (e.g. $15/photo).
We will email the photos to you by noon the following day.
- If you need the photos emailed the same day we take them, we do offer RUSH delivery which guarantees the photos by 8:00 p.m. for $25.
- If you need the photos added to the MLS listing, we can email them to TREB if requested but please note, it is probably faster if your office does it for you because non-TREB members do not have direct access to add the photos.

Virtual Tours
iGUIDE 3D Tours
We will email TREB-sized photos by noon the next day after taking photos unless same-day service is requested.
The iGUIDE will be ready by the end of the next business day after taking photos. Sometimes it is ready in the morning but sometimes it is in the late afternoon.
When the iGUIDE is ready, you will receive the iGUIDE Report via email which includes links for:
- Branded and unbranded versions of the 3D tour
- Floor plans
- Low-res and High-res photos
- Feature sheet tool creator
- Sharing the tour on Social Media
- Room measurements and more
Feature Sheets
The online tool is pretty good if you want to create your own feature sheet as a .pdf file that can be shared electronically or use to print your own copies. This is included in the price. We also offer customized feature sheets, including printing, for an additional cost.
Activity Report
Each week on Monday morning, you should receive the iGUIDE Analytics Report which shows you the traffic visiting the iGUIDE. This is a great tool you can share with the vendors to show activity.
iGUIDE Online
The iGUIDE links will be active for up to a year. When the property is sold, you can let us know and we will deactivate the tour.
Slideshow Virtual Tour
We will email TREB-sized photos by noon the next day after taking photos unless same-day service is requested.
The virtual tour will be processed by early afternoon and you will receive a separate email with the branded and unbranded (for TREB) links.
A link will also be provided to access your account where you can download images, edit the tour, view tour statistics and access additional links (e.g. share virtual tour on social media).
The virtual tour will remain online for as long as you have the listing. When the property is sold, you can deactivate the tour in your account or just let us know and we can do it.
Feature Sheets
If you ordered feature sheets, we need some information (unless you just want photos only on the feature sheet). You can provide the descriptive text as you want it or just leave it to us and email the MLS listing and we’ll take the info from there.
Once we have the MLS listing/information, we will email you a proof of the feature sheet within 24 hours.
Once you approve it, we will print the feature sheets and you can pick them up or have them couriered to you.
If you run out of feature sheets, we can usually have more printed within 24 hours.
Want to avoid running out? You can order 50 copies instead of the standard 25 and save approximately 50% off the cost compared to ordering reprints later.
Social Media Teaser Video
If you ordered a social media teaser video, we will begin working on it after the photos have been emailed. However, we need some information. You can provide the highlights you want included or just email the MLS listing (or data sheet if it is not broker-loaded yet) and we’ll take the info from there.
The video is generally ready by the end of the day and we will email you a link to view and download it. Once downloaded, you can add it to your social media.
